Sometimes it’s a workshop, or a conversation that prompts the formation of a club. The Food Program organizes a variety of clubs where people can gather to learn and share information. Clubs are open to everyone, but unlike a single workshop, the projects they cover can be long term and ongoing. (Cheese Club aged a wheel of Cheddar for 13 months, for instance.)
At the moment the Food Program is running the following clubs: Cheese Club, Book Club and the Permaculture Club.
