A gathering of approximately 60 people . A microphone for eulogy’s, a projector or screen for a slide show, small device speakers for background music . It will be a catered event tables and chairs will be required. Some minimal decorations-flower arrangements. the event will last approximately 3 hours with two hours to set up and clean up total of 7 hours.
